About / Manufacturing capability

Scale with specialist production depth.

Double Arrow manufactures steel-cord, fabric and specialist conveyor belts through dedicated production lines supported by controlled compound preparation, carcass building, vulcanisation and finishing.

Manufacturing platform

Built around conveyor belting.

Public company information states an annual conveyor-belt capacity of approximately 150 million m² across a 440,000 m² manufacturing footprint. The production base combines high-volume steel-cord and fabric capability with specialist lines for other engineered belt forms.

20

Steel-cord lines

Up to 3,000 mm stated width and ST10000 stated manufacturing grade.

47

Fabric lines

Up to 3,000 mm stated width across multi-ply textile constructions.

7

Rotocure lines

Continuous production capability for selected belt constructions.

3

Solid-woven lines

Integrated woven carcass production for defined industrial and mining duties.

4

Sidewall lines

Specialist base-belt, sidewall and cleat production capability.

2

Chevron lines

Profiled carrying surfaces for inclined conveying duties.

Production-line counts and capability figures are stated in the Double Arrow Profile 2025. Final size, rating and construction availability is confirmed for each specification.

Process control

From raw material to identified reel.

01

Compound preparation

Controlled weighing, mixing and batch inspection for cover, skim and adhesion systems.

02

Carcass preparation

Fabric treatment and calendaring, or controlled steel-cord preparation and spacing.

03

Building & vulcanising

Layer assembly, dimensional control and vulcanisation matched to the belt construction.

04

Inspection & testing

Appearance, dimensions and required physical or construction tests through the production process.

05

Finishing & release

Identification, reel allocation, packaging, documentation and release against the agreed order.

Manufacturing to project

Capability is confirmed against the complete specification.

Width and nominal rating are only part of the decision. Construction, compound, splice, testing, reel limits and shipping sequence are reviewed together before supply is finalised.
